2013 Fall Recreation Registration - Open

Registration is now open to register your child for the Eastern Pike Soccer - 2013 Fall Recreation Season. Please click on the button below to be brought to the registration page.

PLEASE NOTE: This year, Eastern Pike Soccer has the ability to accept credit card payments through PayPal. You have the option to send payment via PayPal once your registration is complete. You will receive an invoice in 24-48 hours after registration of your player(s) to make payment through PayPal. A $3.00 processing fee is included for this payment method.

Eastern Pike Soccer Refund Policy:

Refunds for withdrawal will be granted, minus a $15.00 processing fee, due only to illness, injury or moving out of the area. Refunds will be mailed no later than 30 days after the close of the season.

Returned Check Fee:

A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

2013 Summer Soccer Camp Programs - UK Soccer Camp

UK Soccer Camp - 2013 Summer Soccer Camp ProgramsEastern Pike Soccer Presents is proud to continue to present the UK Soccer Camp - 2013 Summer Soccer Camp Programs for this upcoming summer. Directed by Professional British Coaches, the objective of UK Soccer Camps is to provide the player the opportunity to have fun while learning the fundamental techniques necessary to play the game. The programs are focused at individual skill development with technical curriculum's that are differentiated according to age and ability.

Registration includes free UK camp ball, t-shirt and certificate or evaluation.

Travel Team Tryouts Announced

Eastern Pike Soccer will be hosting their next session of tryouts for the travel soccer program. The tryouts are separated into two different times depending on the age of your child. Tryouts are open to both boy's and girl's of each age division. Please note the following:

  • All tryouts will be held at 7th street field in Matamoras (corner of Avenue H & 7th Street).
  • Players must attend a minimum of two of the three tryout dates to be eligible.
  • All players are required to wear shin guards and cleats are highly recommended.
  • Please ensure your child brings drinking water.
Date (Tryout #1): Monday, May 13th, 2013 ***
Date (Tryout #2): Sunday, May 19th, 2013 ***
Date (Tryout #3): Monday, May 20th, 2013
Ages (Session #1): Under-9 (U9) through Under-11 (U11)
Ages (Session #2): Under-12 (U12) through Under-15 (U15)

*** Please arrive 1/2 hour early to your first tryout to register and complete the paperwork. New (non-returning) players must bring a copy of birth certificate to submit.

2013 Spring Clinic

Dates: April 7, 14, 21, 28 // May 5 and 19

Ages: 6 and up, boys and girls.

Time: 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Challengers Recognized in Pike County Dispatch

Two members of the Eastern Pike Soccer U-14 teams volunteered an extra hour every week this fall to assist the players of the Challenger Team. The Challenger team is designed for kids ages 5-12 who work better in small group settings with one-on-one instruction. The players learn basic soccer skills, develop gross motor skills, and enhance their social skills.

Eastern Pike Soccer featured in Touchline Magazine

Eastern Pike Soccer has been featured in one of the sections of the Winter 2012 edition of Touchline Magazine. Touchline Magazine is the magazine where Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer players, coaches and parents get an opportunity to be seen and heard by the rest of the Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Community. We are only located in the print edition on page 23 (and not the online edition), so I am including the magazine article for all to enjoy.

Eastern Pike Soccer Wins Jack Williams Tire Youth Soccer Program Contest

Eastern Pike Soccer has been announced as the winner of the Jack Williams Tire Company, Inc. Youth Soccer Program Contest. In October, Jack Williams Tire announced the Facebook Youth Soccer Program Contest that would reward one lucky local youth soccer league with a $500 donation to their league. Both local youth soccer leagues that participated in the 2012 Michelin Signature Soccer Program and those local to the northeastern and central Pennsylvania all had the chance to win their league $500. Any local youth soccer leagues that received the highest number of votes on the Jack Williams Tire Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/jackwilliamstire) would be declared the winner.

Ms. Rebecca Griffis of Jack Williams Tire Company presented Eastern Pike Soccer President Garrett Sacken with a check for $500 after the parents, players and community turned out in record numbers voting on Facebook to win the contest for Eastern Pike Soccer. Jack Williams Tire understands the need to support youth sports programs that may require funds to host programs for today's youth. This donation has many benefits such as field maintenance, equipment for the kids, among other program expenses.

Delaware Valley School District Rules & Regulations

Please be aware of all of the policies that are set on each of the Delaware Valley School District soccer campuses (Dingman-Delaware & Delaware Valley High School). The school campuses are alcohol & tobacco-free school zones, pet-free school zones and absolutely no soliciting is allowed on school grounds.
